Provide a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package, allowing us to promptly address the situation. Please be aware that we meticulously inspect and photograph all packages for our social media and website before dispatching orders. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Orders are processed in the sequence they are placed unless a fee was paid for expedited service. Please be aware that, as a one-woman operation, I ship orders 4 times a week. Shipping days may vary. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Tracking may experience delays due to COVID-19 and holiday demand. USPS has implemented a temporary price adjustment during peak seasons and increased expenses.

Custom sets have a 7-14 business day creation time, and orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Given the ongoing pandemic, USPS is encountering delays in scanning and dispatching packages. Once your package is shipped, I have no control over its journey. If your package hasn't arrived 5 days post-tracking update, contact USPS and notify me via email for further assistance. Kindly consider adding package protection during checkout and ensure your shipping address is accurate.

**LOST PACKAGE:**
Hot N Pressed Collections is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked "Delivered" to the provided address. If your package is marked as such, first verify the correctness of the shipping address. If correct, contact the local post office, as indicated on the tracking page, providing tracking details to aid in the recovery process.

**RETURN TO SENDER:**
Contact the carrier promptly if your tracking indicates an attempted delivery, is undeliverable, or is being returned to sender. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal without prior contact will be refunded, excluding shipping and receiving costs.

How to order a custom set?

If you're eyeing a custom set, explore our website, social media, or Pinterest for inspiration. Once you spot the perfect style, navigate to the 'Sizing Kits' menu and select a kit under the corresponding length and style. Ordering a sizing kit is recommended due to variations in shapes – some narrower or wider than others. For instance, a standard medium in long coffin may differ from a mEskimo size in oval.

If a sizing kit isn't your preference, opt for a solid color full set. All full sets include 20 nails and offer a universal fit. When ordering a sizing kit, you'll receive a card prompting you to record your nail sizes and the style you received for future reference. Once done, customize your set by heading to our homepage, clicking on 'SHOP,' and selecting 'Custom Set Request.' Allow a moment for the form to load. I don't want to purchase a Sizing kit.

Are your nails hand painted?

Why should I buy pre-painted tips from your company instead of Shein or other similar companies?

I bought a few sets from your instant manicure section and want to add my own designs to them and customize them myself. Is that an option?

Absolutely, go for it! We fully support your creativity. For our hand-painted and reinforced press-on nails, a layer of gel polish needs to be filed down before adding nail stickers or using gel polish for additional designs. Remember to reapply a Gel Top coat to seal the nail.

For our instant manicure nails, they can be painted with polish or gel without filing down the tips beforehand. When using gel polish, make sure to use an LED lamp, and consider purchasing a no-wipe top coat to seal and protect your unique design. Your custom touch is bound to elevate these nails even further! 💅🎨✨

Can I reshape the instant manicure nails I purchased? 

Absolutely! Go for it. Easily reshape your instant manicure nails using a clipper or a nail file. You can find nail clippers designed for reshaping at beauty supply stores or online. Nail files are perfect for minor touch-ups or adjustments. Keep in mind that reshaping will break the protective coating, potentially reducing wear time and causing fading. To preserve the design, paint the entire nail and the reshaped tip with clear gel top coat. Enjoy giving your nails a personalized touch! 💅✂️🌟

How long do the nails last?

If applied with glue, the nails can last 1-2+ weeks. We recommend prepping your nail beds by buffing them and lightly buffing the back of the press-on nail using the purple buffer provided in all nail sets. Additionally, push back your cuticles and follow the 2-dot rule with glue for application. For an even stronger hold, apply glue to both your natural nail bed and the press-on nail before attaching each nail. Using this method, your nails can last for over three weeks. If one happens to fall off, don't worry—glue it back on, sis! 💅🌟

Can I request a shorter length and different shape?

Absolutely! You can request a shorter length and different shape by mentioning these preferences in the note to seller section at checkout. However,  keep in mind that extensive alterations may not be necessary, as we offer various sizing options to cater to your needs. Please note that we only perform light filing to ensure the integrity of the nails.Can I request a different finish?

My package says delivered but I do not see it in my mailbox or in front of my door?

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you add shipping insurance to your order? If you added shipping insurance at checkout, you can file a claim if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. The option for shipping insurance is located on the left-hand side of the checkout page. If your claim is approved, your items will be resent to you.

Please note that if you didn't add shipping insurance and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, neither HNP Collections nor the post office is liable for your items. Once your items have shipped, I unfortunately have no control over how your package is delivered or where it is delivered.

How to order a Custom Set?

Ordering a customized set is a breeze! Here are two options for you:

1. **Direct Message or Email:**
- Send me a direct message on Instagram or an email with detailed photos and a description of the look you're going for. Please note that while I can create a similar look, I won't recreate someone else's work exactly. If I can't achieve the look due to tool or color constraints, I'll let you know in advance.
- Don't forget to specify the colors, theme, or any specific details like rhinestones in on a certain finger. If not mentioned, I'll proceed based on the information provided or freestyle for the best look.

2. **Customized Set Collection Page:**
- Fill out the form on the customized set collection page for a quick and easy ordering process.

What do the nails come with?

Each ORDER comes with 1 glue, alcohol pad, a cuticle pusher, nail file, and a mini buffer for your nails. You can purchase extra items on our site as well. 

How do I measure my nails? 

This is very important. I HIGHLY recommend ordering a Sizing Kit first, as our nails are NONREFUNDABLE and NONEXCHANGEABLE, due to the nature of how they are made. There is NO EXCEPTIONS on this. I cannot stress this enough.

Please refer to our measurement instructions ABOVE and if you are still unsure about your sizes please send me a message and we can video chat if needed so I can watch how you are measuring your nails. If your size is a 13.8 and the length and the style you would like to order offers a 13.5 or 14, always go with the bigger size. 

I offer full sets for individuals who do not want to order a sizing kit then wait for it to come, then come back and reorder a set. Once you get your full set, write down your nail sizes for future reference. All nails are from 0-9 or 0-11 and will come in order. Keep this for future reference for future sets. 

Please understand that there are certain sizes that I usually offer full sets for.

All toe nails come in full sets only. This does not mean I will not provide glam sets for this style. 

Are the nails reusable?

 Yes, the nails are reusable. Buffing the extra glue off of the back of the nails will provide you with that opportunity. You will need a nail drill to do this, as this is the only way they can properly be reused. If you do not have a nail drill, DO NOT WORRY. Gently buff the back of the nail to file down the glue and reglue the nail on. If there is too much glue on the back of the nail, reach out for a nail replacement. I charge $3.00 per replacement nail unless it was a glam set then it is $5.00 per replacement nail.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, only in the USA as of right now. 

How much is shipping?

Your shipping is automatically calculated at check out and if you decide to order via DM then your shipping will be provided to you via direct message. There is free shipping on orders over $50.00.

What nail glue do you recommend?

KDS Professional nail glue, IBD 5 second nail glue or Makartt Professional Nail Glue. I do not offer all of these options in your prep kit. I provide a standard glue only. If you would like to add extra Makartt Professional Nail Glue to your order please add it to your cart from our ADD ONS section. Currently we do not carry KDS Professional nail glue or IBD 5 second nail glue. 

Can I exchange my nails if I get the wrong size?

I am very sorry but No. All orders from HNP are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please order a sizing kit or full set if you are unsure about your nail sizes.

Can I cancel my order?

I have a 24 hour cancellation request policy. If you request a cancellation for an order placed after 24 hours, you cannot cancel the order. All orders are FINAL, and cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours. If you are interested in canceling a order you MUST send me an email at sales@hotnpressed.com. I will not take cancellation requests via Direct Message.

How to care for my nails once they are on? 

Please remember press on nails are not a permanent solution and should be treated as such. I recommend washing dishes with gloves on. You should complete your daily activities as normal but remember to be careful with your nails. Just like Acrylic, press on nails can break and rhinestones can fall. If this happens I can send you a replacement nail. Send me a direct message or email with your order number and I will inform you your of the price and send an email with a custom invoice to order directly from our site. Please inform me of your order number and which nail that needs to be replaced. 

Can I exchange my lashes if I don’t like the style?

I’m very sorry but No. All lash orders from HNP are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

How do you install lashes?

Measure the strip against your actual eyelid and trim off the excess (if needed) while it's away from your eye. Apply your lash glue (I currently do not offer lash glue with my lashes) and wait for it to dry for about 25-30 seconds. It should be tacky and not wet at this point. TIP: Bend the strip to make the ends kiss, so they don't lift while you're wearing them. If you can, look downwards in the mirror, your eyelid will extend, and you'll be better able to see exactly where to place the strip. Using your fingers or tweezer place the lashes on your lash line close enough so that it's right on top and not on your actual lashes.

How do you clean the lashes?

I suggest cleaning your lashes after you receive them. It's not required but it's something I do personally. You may have accidentally gotten some makeup on your lashes or maybe your glue has been piling up. The most effective way to clean off your Lashes is to set them in warm soapy water for about 3-5 minutes. GENTLY rub off any excess glue. Brush the lashes out to make sure they are fully clean with your spoolie and spray with alcohol to kill bacteria and let it dry. All lash sets have a lash case included. Please return the lashes to their lash case or a safe place for them to dry.
