💅 SIZING & FIT
Do I need a sizing kit?
Yes — especially if you are a first-time customer or trying a new shape or length.
Nail widths may vary slightly depending on the style selected. For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit for each nail shape and length you plan to wear.
Can I reuse my sizes for future orders?
You may reuse your sizes only if you are ordering the same shape and length.
Switching styles may require a new sizing kit.
What if I don’t want to purchase a sizing kit?
While alternative measuring methods exist, they are not 100% accurate. Hot N Pressed Collections is not responsible for sizing errors when a sizing kit is not used.
If you are unsure, we recommend purchasing a full set or sizing kit before ordering a custom set.
How many nails come in a set?
- Custom Sets: 10 nails
- Converted Sets: 12–14 nails
- Full Sets: 20–24 nails
- Machine-Made Sets: Typically 24 nails

Are your nails hand-painted?
Many of our nail sets are hand-painted unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in design, color placement, or detailing may occur. These variations are normal and part of the artistry.
What is the difference between handmade and machine-made sets?

Handmade sets: Individually designed and painted

Machine-made sets: Pre-painted tips that may be reinforced or enhanced by HNP
All sets are inspected for quality before shipping.
Can I customize or paint over my nails?
Yes. Customization or reshaping is optional, but please note:

Modifications are done at the customer’s discretion

⏳ PROCESSING & SHIPPING
How long does it take to process my order?
- Custom, converted, and handmade sets: 7–14 business days
- Machine-made sets: 3–5 business days
- Sizing kits: 2–3 business days
Shipping time begins after processing is complete.
My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact your local post office
Hot N Pressed Collections is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
If shipping protection was added at checkout, please follow the claim instructions provided by the carrier.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene standards:

Machine-made sets may be eligible for store credit if unopened and unused

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase via email at sales@hotnpressed.com.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time varies based on preparation, application method, and lifestyle. Some customers experience wear ranging from a few days to 2+ weeks.
Results are not guaranteed.
Are press-on nails reusable?
Many sets may be reused with proper removal and care. Wear time and reusability depend on application and removal techniques.
