Returns & Exchanges

At Hot N Pressed Collections, every custom set is created with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and considered cosmetic items, we ask that you please review the following policy before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Sets

All custom and made-to-order press-on nail sets are final sale.
This includes:

  • Custom sizes

  • Custom lengths or shapes

  • Personalized designs

  • Converted sets (Small/Medium or Medium/Large)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Machine Made Sets

Machine made  may be eligible for store credit only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The package is unopened

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Once a package has been opened or worn, it becomes ineligible for return.

Sizing Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper sizing before ordering.

If you are unsure of your nail sizes, we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit prior to placing a custom order.


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or length issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@hotnpressed.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has shipped, Hot N Pressed Collections is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
